Crafted from Corvina Veronese 80% and Rondinella 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards valpantena hills on marly, calcareous and clayey soils rich in iron. Vinification: dried grapes for 4 months and alcoholic fermentation in steel vata controlled temperature at 22°. The wine is aged 30 months in barrique and in Slavonian oak barrels of 25 hl.
