Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located between the city of Diano Castello and Diano Aretino, 350 metres above the sea level. Organic farming. Vinification: 5 days of maceration and spontaneous fermentation with the skins. 4 months on the fine lees. The wine is aged 9 months in steel tanks.
