The fruit is sourced from vineyards 15 years old in Basarin Cru in Neive, at 300 metres above sea level on soils rich in grey marls. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats at 28° with 10 days of skins maceration. The wine is aged 24 months between steel vats, oak Slavonian casks of 35 hl and bottle.
