Tasting Notes

This prestigious Barbaresco DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards two different plots, between 250 and 300 meters above sea level, one with sandy soils and southwest exposure and one with clay-limestone soils and southeast exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with submerged cap, with periodic pumping-over. The wine is aged 2 years in Slavonian oak barrels. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
