Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Barbaresco DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines over 50 years old on sand and clay soils with south-eastern exposure. Vinification: 30 days of fermentation on indigenous yeasts in steel tanks at room temperature, with continuous pumping over. The wine is aged 24 months in medium-capacity Slavonian oak casks (30-50 hl), followed by a further 24 months or so in the bottle. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
