Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Santo Stefano, facing south, south-west of the vineyards of 30-40 years of age. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation and maceration at controlled temperatures. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, then 1 year in bottle.
