Tasting Notes

This Barbera d'Alba DOC captures the distinctive personality of Piedmont terroir. Its 15% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Barbera 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines located between 250 and 270 meters above sea level on predominantly limestone soils with southwest exposure. Vinification: one part of the must ferments in steel, the other part in 500-liter tonneaux. The wine is aged 12 months, part in tonneaux and part in large casks. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
