The fruit is sourced from vineyards 120 years old vineyard sites at 520 meters above sea level on sandy and limestone soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel vats, 60 days on the yeasts. The wine is aged 12 months in Slavonian oak casks, 6 months in bottle.
