This Barbera d'Alba DOC captures the distinctive personality of Piedmont terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Barbera 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines from Pira cru in Castiglione Falletto. Vinification: fermentation in wooden vats with a pied de cuve of indigenous yeasts for 10 days, with maceration according to the ancient technique of submerged cap for at least 70 days.
