The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines over 50 years old on sand and clay soils with south-eastern exposure. Vinification: 30 days of maceration on indigenous yeasts in steel tanks at room temperature, with continuous pumping over. The wine is aged 6 months in medium-sized Slavonian oak barrels (30-50 hl), then maturation in the bottle. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
