A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Barbera d'Alba DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 15% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Barbera 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on predominantly calcareous soils with clay layers, 240-270 meters above sea level with southwest exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation of the must in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged 24 months, part of which is in 25-hectoliter barrels and part in 500-liter tonneaux. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
