Crafted from Barbera 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Barolo and Monforte, from 30-year-old vines facing south and south-east at 300 meters above sea level on marly-calcareous soils. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for 15 days. Complete malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 18 months in barrique. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
