The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes coming from a single centenarian vineyard that rests on soils based on marls and clays. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks with maceration of the skins in the must of 40 days. The wine is aged some months in large oak barrels.
