A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Barbera del Monferrato DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Barbera 95%, Freisa 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards marl-clay soils of the Sindaco and Massa vineyards. Vinification: manual harvest, fermentation using indigenous yeasts in steel vats for 5-7 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged ageing in steel. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
