This prestigious Barolo DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 35 years old vines in the cru called Cannubi Boschis. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and with maceration for 12 days in open steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in French big oak barrels, new for the 25%. The wine is aged 24 months in tonneau, new for the 25%, and at least 18 months in bottle. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
