The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines exposed to South-Eeast, rooted on clay and calcareous soils with Guyot system, at an elevation of 360 m. Vinification: fermentation for 15-20 days at 25-30°C with frequent racking. The wine is aged 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
