The fruit is sourced from vineyards colonnello vineyard in Bussia (Monforte d'Alba) on clayey-limestone soil rich of calcium and iron carbonate. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, maceration for 30 days, racking and decanting. The wine is aged over 28 months in Slavonian oak casks.
