The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of over 50 years of age cultivated on sandstone marls soil of the Tortonian age and marine sedimentary origin. Guyot system, south and south-west exposure and exposure at 240 meters above sea level. Vinification: malolactic and alcoholic fermentation in oak casks at controlled temperature with maceration for 20 days. The wine is aged 24 months in tonneau.
