The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines with Guyot system rooted on clayey-sandy and calcareous soils at a height of 380 m above sea level. Vinification: soft maceration in steel tanks for 7/18 days and fermentation for 28 days in steel tanks. The wine is aged 24 months in oak tonneau.
