Tasting Notes

Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Barolo DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the territory of Serralunga d'Alba, at an altitude of 320-360 m. above sea level, on calcareous soils and vines of 10-55 years of age. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with maceration for 15 days in steel tanks. The wine is aged at least 30 months in oak barrels, then at least 12 months in bottle. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
