The fruit is sourced from vineyards located on clayey, loamy and sandy soils. Mainly South-East facing. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with maceration for 13/14 day. Malolactic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged in oak casks for 24 months, in bottle for 12 months. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
