Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 40 years on clayey limestone and sandy soils of Castiglione Falletto cru at 300 on sea level, south-east/south-west facing. Yield per hectare of 45 quintals. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation and maceration for 15-20 days in steel vats. The wine is aged 30 months in oak casks, 1 year in bottle. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
