This Barolo DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a marny soil rich in limestone and clay from cru Cannubi, Liste and Fossati, faced to South and South-East. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats for about 2 weeks with prolonged maceration for 50 days. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 72 months in big Slavonian oak barrels. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
