Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Barolo DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a calcareous marny soil at 330 m above sea level. Reduction of the 65% of the bunches on the vines. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 24 months in barriques and in big oak barrels (new for the 20%), 8 months in steel tanks and 7 years in bottle. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
