The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40 years old vines, Villero Cru in Castiglione Falletto on clayey soils rich in white and blu marls at 300 metres above sea level with South, South-West esposition. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at 28-32° for 20-30 days with 12 days of maceration and malolactic in barrique. Bottling without filtration. The wine is aged 33 months in oak barrels and in barrique then 60 months in bottle. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
