Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards historic over 80 years old vineyard with Guyot system, very thin soil with outcropping rocks, rich in limestone marnee. Vinification: very soft pressing, fermentation and maceration for about 25 days. The wine is aged 9 months in barrique and 27 months in big oak barrels. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
