The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot-trained vines on clay and limestone soils with sandstone, quartz sand and silt inserts. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in thermoconditioned tanks with 8 days of maceration of the skins. The wine is aged short passage in small oak barrels, then about 36 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
