'Bascià' Notte Rossa

Hailing from Puglia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Red local grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located about 100 m a.s.l. on medium-textured and clayey soils, shallow with a good presence of skeleton and outcropping rock. Vinification: manual harvest of the slightly overripe grapes, destemming-crushing, cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel. The wine is aged 8 months in tonneau and 24 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Puglia's tradition of generous, full-bodied reds.
