A fine example of Puglia winemaking, this Primitivo di Manduria DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Primitivo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at about 100 meters above sea level on medium-textured sandy soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 10 days with maceration at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 5-6 months in french and american oak barriques. A wine reflecting Puglia's tradition of generous, full-bodied reds.
