Crafted from Nero d’Avola 70%, Syrah 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards over 10 years old vines in a calyey soils at 250 m above sea level, from the Tenuta Presti e Pagni from Monreale hills. Vinification: destemming, cold maceration for 2 days at 7°C, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks and, for the 20%, in big oak barrels. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
