Crafted from Croatina 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a calcareous soil from Contrada Bellusa in Salemi. Vinification: first fermentation in steel tanks and second fermentation according to the Martinotti Method. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine true to the meticulous Lombard approach to winemaking.
