Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Cabernet Franc 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Vinification: destemming and pressing, maceration on the skins ofr 21 months, alcoholic fermentation in steel vats and malolactic fermentation in stell vats and in in barriques. The wine is aged 14 months in new barrique from Allier. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
