The fruit is sourced from vineyards clay soil, rich in fine skeleton, rich in shale, marl, sandstone and parent rock. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 12 months in casks, 6 months in vitrified cement and 8 months in bottles.
