Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva 'Doss' Girlan

This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 450 - 500 m above sea level, in sandy, warm and deep soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation for 15-20 days and malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 18 months in small and big oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
