This Lago di Caldaro DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Schiava 95%, Lagrein 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards site on clayey, gravelly and limestone soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with 10 days of maceration. The wine is aged in steel vats for 4 months on the lees. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
