Hailing from Alto Adige, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Schiava 95%, Pinot Noir 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on a sunny hill at 450 meters above sea level on soils composed of moraines and fluvial sediments. Vinification: fermentation in barrel with maceration on the skins for 3 weeks. The wine is aged 15 months in oak barrels of 500 liters. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
Alto Adige combines Italian and Austrian winemaking traditions in Italy's northernmost wine region.
