A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Montello - Colli Asolani DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vineyards planted in the 1946 in Montello hill. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in wooden tanks. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 18-24 months in big oak barrels and, for the 30%, in barriques, then at least 12 months in bottles. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
