The fruit is sourced from vineyards a Carema, on moraine soils. Vinification: fermentation in small oak barrels for 6 months and a second fermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method. The wine is aged 24 months in oak barrels, then at least 12 months in bottle. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
