This exceptional Carema DOC showcases the authentic character of Piedmont. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats and in tonneau of 350 l for 20 days. The wine is aged 3 years of aging, including at least 12 months in large oak barrels. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
