Crafted from Sangiovese 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon e Cabernet Franc 20%, Merlot 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards at an altitude of 250 m. above sea level, with exposure to the South-West, on soil rich in clay and marl. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 18-20 days. The wine is aged 15 months in small French oak barrels, then at least 6 months in bottle.
