Crafted from Catarratto 85%, Sauvignon 10%, Viognier 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Patti Piccolo area in Alcamo village, rooted in sandy soils at 150-300 metres above sea level, faced to South and South-East.
