The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of the cru Cavadiserpe at 150-250 mt on clay soil that reflects the light of the sun. Vinification: fermentation in steel. The wine is aged 6 months in barrique. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
