'Cavadiserpe' Mandrarossa

Produced in Sicily, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Merlot 60%, Alicante Bouschet 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of the cru Cavadiserpe at 150-250 mt on clay soil that reflects the light of the sun. Vinification: fermentation in steel. The wine is aged 6 months in barrique. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
