This Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC captures the distinctive personality of Abruzzo terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Montepulciano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 400 m above sea level, cultivated according to the guyot system and pergola abruzzese, on a calcareous and clayey soil. Vinification: pressing, maceration on the sinks for 24 hours and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 5 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Abruzzo's rugged terrain between mountains and the Adriatic.
