Crafted from Muscat 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on sandy soils at 500 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, short maceration on skins. The wine is aged 5 months in steel on fine lees. A wine reflecting the extreme high-altitude terroir of the Valle d'Aosta.
