A fine example of Valle d'Aosta winemaking, this Valle d'Aosta DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Moscato Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards exposed to South-East, South-West and North-East, in Chambave, Saint Denis, Verrayes and Chatillon, between 450 and 680 m. slm., on moraine soils on steep slopes. The wine is aged 5 months in stainless steel on fine lees. A wine showing the alpine purity typical of this small mountain region.
