Chambave Muscat Rosset

This exceptional Valle d'Aosta DOC showcases the authentic character of Valle d'Aosta. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Moscato Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on sandy soils rich in rocky skeleton at 800 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation partly in amphora and in steel, with cold pre-fermentation maceration. The wine is aged 6 months partly in amphora and partly in steel. A wine showing the alpine purity typical of this small mountain region.
