This exceptional Valle d'Aosta DOC showcases the authentic character of Valle d'Aosta. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Petit Rouge 70%, Gamay, Fumin e Pinot Noir 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards exposed to South-East and South-West in Chambave, Verrayes and Chatillon, at an altitude of 500 m. slm., on moraine soils on steep slopes. Vinification: maceration for 15 days in steel. The wine is aged 12 months in steel and tonneaux, then at least five months in glass. A wine showing the alpine purity typical of this small mountain region.
