Chardonnay Anselmet

This exceptional Valle d'Aosta DOC showcases the authentic character of Valle d'Aosta. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 25 years old vines located on marl and sandy soils at 800-900 meters above sea level of altitude. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats for 10-15 days. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the extreme high-altitude terroir of the Valle d'Aosta.
