Chardonnay 'Canto X' Ottin

This exceptional Valle d'Aosta DOC showcases the authentic character of Valle d'Aosta. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards south-facing moraine and sandy soils at an altitude of 700 metres. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation for 10 days in French oak 'tonneau'. The wine is aged 12 months on fine lees in 300 L French oak tonneaux. A wine true to the rare, mountain-driven character of Valle d'Aosta wines.
