Chardonnay 'Cuvée Bois' Les Cretes

This Valle d'Aosta DOC captures the distinctive personality of Valle d'Aosta terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards frissonniere of Saint Christophe and Aymavilles, at an altitude between 550 and 750 m. above sea level. The wine is aged 10 month in oak barrels and 8 months in bottle. A wine true to the rare, mountain-driven character of Valle d'Aosta wines.
